Gretna City Hall recognized a long time ago that it was wasting money trying to keep its offices comfortable.  Mayor Ronnie Harris had previously installed Magnetite windows in his historic home a few blocks away so he petitioned the city council to invest in these energy saving windows.  The investment has paid for itself with energy savings AND the staff is comfortable.
